I feel deeply concerned for your situation, but you seem to be handling it very well. My son has multiple health conditions and we didn't get a CP diagnosis until this year. He also has GERD, and many feeding issues. Between the ages of 6 months and 9 months he was vomitting about 12-20 times a day. We couldn't keep anything down. We got a G-Tube and we became very aggressive with his anti-reflux medication (Prevacid) It was a miracle, he rarely vomits now, and has NEVER aspirated. When he used to vomite I also couldn't hear it because he was so vocally quiet. He would scream and barely make a sound, so I invested in baby monitors, I cranked them up and I could even hear him breath! To this day, I can't sleep without that "static" and his breathing to lul me to sleep. The slightest disturbance wakes e immediately and I feel that I'm doing the most I can do to ensure his safety. As a further monitoring device for your child I would recommend an Oxygen saturation monitor, if you feel that she really doesn't make any noise when she has an episode. It will detect immediately if she desaturates AKA "turns blue" and it will alarm, allerting you to possible aspiration. I would try and rent one from Medigas. If I can be of any further help don't hesitate to email me.
Good luck
