Hello Susie; I used to fall down alot and the cause was from lack of muscle tone. I found when I do less weight and more reps it helps my legs to be more stable, but I also have found that a lot of what I have down for my muscle strenght is trail and error, what works for me may not work for others. But when doctors send you home that there's nothing they can do, I felt it was time adderess my physical needs, so I do alot of thinking outside the box.
