Posted by Myrna on January 21, 2007, 10:23 pm SOMETHING WEIRD IS GOING ON WITH ALISHA'S KNEES, THIS EVENING AS SHE WAS GETTING DRESSED FOR BED, SHE NOTICED HER KNEES HAD SWELELD UP TO THE SIZE OF GRAPEFRUITS ! THEY NEVER SWELL UP ! SHE DIDN'T DO ANYTHING TO OVER EXERT HERSELF THIS WEEKEND, SHE'S TAKEN IT EASY, SHE HASN'T GONE ANYWHERE OR HASN'T DONE ANYTHING ! ANY IDEAS AS TO WHY THIS IS HAPPENNING TO HER? I ASKED HER IF IT HURTS, SHE SAID NOT REALLY, SHE WAS FINE ALL WEEKEND ! I'LL BE CALLING HER PEDIATRICIAN TOMORROW IF THE SWELLING DOESN'T GO DOWN. I'VE TREATED IT IN THE MEANTIME WITH ICE PACKS AND ELEVATING HER LEGS AND I'VE GIVEN HER ANTI-INFLAMMATORY PILLS, SO I HOPE IT GOES DOWN. MYRNA
