Hi Handle, If you don't mind me asking what is "Spastic Dyplegia" ? This may not make sense eventhough I have always had Cerebral Palsy I have never muscle spasms before . I have several volunteer jobs working with preschoolers. I usually rest when I need to when my spasms are bad. I also use heat . For example I use a heating pad because I find cold makes my spasms worse . Thanks for your support . Elizabeth
