Doctors said I needed to be permently hospitialized- because people like me never amount to much. It took me longer to talk. They said I wouldn't even be able to write my name. Funny a few years later, my family sent him a copy of my report card. I don't have any speech problems now. Who is to say that the child couldn't be more? I proved doctors wrong. Why couldn't she?
