Posted by cindy on January 11, 2007, 3:25 pm, in reply to "Trust Fund for Disabled Family Members?" The OFCP runs a program called the Long Term Planning and Support Program which helps families plan for the future, estate planning is one of the issues we help families with. You can go on our website and look for the links to this program. We also have a manual called "Removing the Mystery - An Estate Planning Guide for Families of People with Disabilities". This manual llooks at the ODSP program and all the different types of Trust Funds and how they work. Hope that helps. Cindy
J,
There is a Trust Fund that is called a Henson Trust - it is one of the best ways to leave money to a family member without jeapordizing their ODSP benefits.
