Hi Michelle, I think that you are right I will have to learn how to live with this . What was it like when you went to see the specialist if you don't mind me asking? I have not had a assessment for my c.p. since I was little. My physiotherapist suggested going to see a chronic pain specialist. I think I will ask about that when I have my appointment in London Ontario. Thanks for your support I really appreciate it. Elizabeth
