I know that most of those who were placed in redoue regional center in smith falls where either placed into independent living with help, or into group homes if there was no family. This is what i was told by my mothers friend who has an son who is more challenged then me. she had to place her son there inorder for him to get the care he needed but now they are closing down that center. most now live in groups homes only ones left in centers are those with extremly high needs who need 24/7 help.
