Hi Vicky, Sorry for not getting back to you sooner.Botox has done wanders for me, I started about 5 years ago. Areas treated left hand, arm and muscle areas only. Usually lasts 3 maybe 4 months. I was supposed to have it October, but money was tight, now booked for January. Stopped my spasms and twitching all the time. no side affects. I do find it painful, when they shock me to find the nerve. hope this helps your step daughter. Allanna
