Hi Myrna, When I got home from my volunteer work yesterday. I called my physiotherapist explained what was going on and they think the cold weather does have a lot to do with it. she told me to rest and listen to some relaxation music which helped a bit. I have a appointment to see a specialist about my muscle spasms but it is not until April. I will have to learn to manage this the best I can until I can see the specailist .
