Hi Michelle, Thanks for the suggestions. I will try that. I know the pain has increased because of the weather. When I got home yesterday I phone my physitherapist to ask for advice and she said that I should just rest and listen to some relaxing music which helped a bit. I have a appointment to see a specialist about this but my appointment is not until April. I will have to learn to manage this the best way that I can until I can see the specialist.
