I knwo that cold weather dose make my spasm hurt more but not increase more, it sjust like the pain from them doubles everytime it gets colder. so to help with that i dress warmer even if it means having to ask for more help, and get help to take hot baths at night before bed to help get my body really warm and then under many blankets at night to keep me warm
