I am so tired at night I can't stay awake I go to bed about 7;30 or 8;pm . but then I am wide awake @ 1:am 2:am 3:am then @ 4:am I get up . I tell my husband I am so wide awake I could go in to work and help the night shift ( I work in a nursing home) but If I did that I would be sooo tired by 10:am I could not finish my own shift.
does any one know what to do that I could sleep all night ? I work day shift only 7:70 to 3:30 If it is my day off I have no problem I have a coffee and a pice of toast and I can go back to sleep.I don't want to get sleepng pills from my doctor If there is something else I could try . thank you from tired anne
