Posted by Melissa (Lissa) on December 1, 2006, 3:00 pm, in reply to "Tiger Balm for Muscle Spasms." I have Tiger Balm, but I have never tried it for muscle spasms, but I do use it for migraine headaches. I apply it to my forehead and scalp where it hurts. I find that using the Tiger Balm in conjunction with headache medicine does really help. I imagine it would feel good on achy muscles and on spasms. It's not very expensive, and I'd recommend that you try it. I got mine at Shoppers Drug Mart for I think $10. It's a short little orange coloured box with a small container with a gel like substance. I WOULD RECOMMEND GETTING THE ONE THAT HAS CLEAR GEL. GOOD LUCK WITH IT IF YOU TRY IT; I THINK IT MIGHT WORK FOR MUSCLE SPASMS SINCE IT WORKS WONDERS ON MY MIAGRAINES. SINCERELY,
