Hi Judy ! Tiger Balm is a ointment, its a derivitave from chinese medicines and is super strong stuff, its in a small jar, and its an ointment that is applied with a thin application, somethign like rub A5-35 or wintergreen muscle relaxant. ask your pharmacist if they carry it or if they can order it. but like I said its strong, but it helped Alisha immensely. let me know if you have any luck, if not email me.
