Hi Judy ! You know,, I recall Alisha going through that as a child, more so when she'd have a growing spurt, her bones would grow but her muscles would stretch out and thats what caused a lot of her pain, it took a long time for her to "recover" but help from a hot bath didn't happen too much that seemed to have worsened it b/c the warmth of the water only made her muscles more prone to the aches b/c of how relaxed they were. thats when i introduced tiger balm to her... its over the counter and costs about $15.00 for a jar. don't out too much on, its strong stuff !!
