My doctor told me the same thing, it's iron.
I don't have restless leg syndrome per se. Just sometimes my legs get antsy. I can be sitting on a chair or couch during the day and get like that. I've been like that since I was young. Usually what alleviates the feeling is if I rapidly bounce my right leg up and down for a little bit. Yeah, I know, weird. As far as magnesium the one time I tried a supplement I was in agony. My neck seized up and the back of my head felt as if someone had whacked it with a 2x4.
