I just LOVE duckies!!! They are both SO adorable...and I love the little pom pom hat on the larger one...ROTFL! It's adorable! I wonder how many generations they had to breed to achieve that crest? It seems very French...tres chic and ooo la la...oui? Heehee!

Do they pretty much stay in your yard, or do they wander like chickens do? I went outside at about 7am this morning to put a letter in the mailbox...and those 3 hens were already in my yard playing...lol. There aren't any shady spots nearby to where they live...so I guess they must really like hanging out underneath my shady oleander. I wonder if they roost in it at night...lol? It's definitely huge and thick and would offer great protection against the coyotes and feral cats that roam around here at night.

I'd love to have some duckies in my yard...lol. I have always enjoyed watching them and feeding them at the park and the lake.
